1. Information we process

• Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, selected blockchain networks, and public on-chain transaction data needed to generate a report.
• Report identifiers, generated findings, order status, timestamps, and technical records needed to deliver and protect the service.
• Payment and order metadata received from our payment provider, such as payment status, amount, currency, and an order identifier. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
• Contact details and message content when you email customer support.
• Basic device, browser, IP address, security, and usage information contained in standard server logs or provided by hosting and security services.

2. How we use information

We use information to validate requests, generate and deliver reports, confirm payment, maintain result access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Public blockchain data

Blockchain addresses and transactions are generally public and may remain permanently available on the relevant network. We do not control or erase records stored on a blockchain. A wallet address may become associated with a person if you or another party links it to identifying information.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed with providers that support hosting, databases, blockchain data, screening, analytics, security, email routing, and payment processing. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

5. Payment processing

Checkout and payment are provided by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners. Payment information you enter on the hosted checkout is submitted directly to those providers. Their privacy policies govern their collection and processing of payment and identity information.

6. Retention

We retain report and order records for as long as reasonably needed to provide result access, support purchases, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. We may delete or de-identify records when they are no longer needed, subject to backups and legal requirements.

7. Cookies and similar technology

We and our service providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, session continuity, payment flow, language preference, and basic site operation. Browser settings can limit cookies, but doing so may prevent parts of the service from working.
