These Terms of Service govern your access to WalletRiskChecker and your purchase of a one-time USDT wallet risk report. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
WalletRiskChecker provides informational reports based on public blockchain activity and available screening data. A report may include transaction summaries, sanctions-list screening, Tether restriction status, fund-flow observations, and behavior-based indicators. Coverage depends on the selected network and the data available when the report is generated.
2. Not financial or legal advice
Reports are not financial, investment, legal, tax, compliance, or law-enforcement advice. A low-risk result does not prove that an address or transaction is safe, and an unknown or high-risk signal does not by itself prove unlawful activity. You remain responsible for your own decisions, due diligence, and legal obligations.
3. Orders, price, and payment
Each purchase covers one report for the wallet address and network submitted at checkout. The current price and currency are shown before payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. You authorize the displayed one-time charge when you complete checkout.
4. Digital delivery
The report is a digital product delivered by unlocking the result page after payment is confirmed. Delivery is normally immediate, but blockchain providers, payment confirmation, network congestion, or maintenance may cause delays. Keep the result link private because anyone with access to it may be able to view the report.
5. Refunds and corrections
Because a report is generated and made available immediately after payment, completed and successfully delivered reports are generally non-refundable. If you are charged but the report is not unlocked, is unavailable because of our technical error, or is generated for a different address than the one shown in your order, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, regenerate the report, or issue a refund. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, automate access in a way that bypasses limits, attempt unauthorized access, resell reports without permission, or use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful conduct.
7. Accuracy and availability
Blockchain and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, mislabeled, unavailable, or later corrected. Behavior labels are analytical estimates rather than confirmed identity findings unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, or error-free results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletRiskChecker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of a report or reliance on its contents. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchased report will not exceed the amount paid for that report. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. The updated date will appear above. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law.
